In 2015 Wirecom started operations at 20,000 sq. ft. futuristic manufacturing facility in Chakan – Pune. The initiative was in line with the approach of being more close to the customers and more so towards the automotive industry and what better place to be than the Automobile hub. The new facility was operational in 2015 with 40+ futuristic machines, research and development department with the latest of computerized UTM machines, Chatillion Larson load testing machines, profile projector, computerized torsion testing machines and automatic spring setting machines Operated by 55+ Skilful labour and employees committed to deliver quality product resulting in customer satisfaction. The new set-up helps in enhancing the capabilities of developing specialized springs and wireforms to cater to the specific needs of both the automotive and defence sector.
In 2008, when Wirecom had made ways into the global market with exports and world becoming a new market place, it forayed into setting up its first exclusive manufacturing facility at Vasai – Palghar. The facility is spread across 7,000 sq. ft. area housing 60+ manufacturing machines operated by 150+ Skillful Labour and employees committed to deliver quality product resulting in customer satisfaction.
