Annual Family Get-Together
An annual get-together starting with Satyanarayan Pooja is held on the foundation day of Wirecom every year. After some entertainment programs, there’s a felicitation ceremony to recognize the exemplary performance of dedicated employees in the year. This is followed by an address from our MD and other senior functional/department heads. The day ends with dinner, and mementos are distributed to all the employees.
Diwali Celebrations
The festival of lights is celebrated every year with a lot of pomp and show. Dressed in cultural outfits, the employees enthusiastically participate in several group activities. The whole office is decked up with festoons, flowers, candles and diyas. At the end of the celebration, gifts and sweets are distributed to all employees.
National Safety Day Celebrations
National Safety Day is observed every year to commemorate the foundation of the National Safety Council and raise awareness about the safety measures to prevent mishaps. Employees wear the NSD batch on this day and participate in various safety competitions including poster making, essay writing, slogan writing, sharing safety suggestions. Several training programs are also arranged for the employees.
Navratri & Dussehra Celebrations
The 9-day long Navratri lifts the spirit of every employee at Wirecom, who expresses excitement and joy right from the onset of the festival. The employees dress up in colorful outfits and perform the traditional “Garba” dance, offering their prayers to Goddess Durga. On the 9th day, Dusshera, all machines, tools, and equipment are within the plant, and office premises are also worshipped traditionally. “Pooja & Aarti” is performed throughout the area for year-long happiness and success.

A monthly newsletter is electronically published and circulated internally to all the valued employees of Wirecom. This engaging newsletter keeps the employees informed and updated about the company while fostering a sense of involvement and belonging – ownership. Through an address, the Honorable Chairman shares his views on several important topics. Employees also contribute with their articles and stories that are exciting and interesting to read. Additionally, there is a monthly mention of employee’s birthdays, special occasions, festivals, events, and an opportunity to win prizes through the Quiz and Sudoku competitions.
Women's Day Celebration
International Women’s Day is observed on March 8th, every year. It’s a day when we celebrate the amazing social, cultural, economic, and political achievements of women – while campaigning for greater progress towards gender equality. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. Person need to organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

We are currently searching for an experienced and highly-analytical Quality Inspector to join our production department. As the Quality Inspector, Person will uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations.
The chosen candidate will perform regular product evaluations, record inspection results, and recommend improvements to the production process. To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate great attention to detail with excellent technical and math abilities.
Job Description:
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.
- Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs
- Responsible for Kaizens & continual improvement.
- Responsible for 4M record updating.
- Measure product dimensions with all type of measuring Instrument & examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Remove all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.
- Supervise the production process.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines
Job Requirements:
- Technical skills – to understand technical documents, manuals, and blueprints to ensure that products meet the correct standards
- High school diploma or Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- Certification in quality control is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, ETC.
- Good math, IT skills and technical skills
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
